Farr Post Goalkeeping

With over a decade of experience both on the field and on the sidelines, I bring a deep passion and proven expertise to goalkeeper development. My playing career began at the collegiate level with Corban University and progressed to the semi-professional ranks with Timbers U23, Beaverton FC, and Mississippi Brilla, culminating in a professional stint with the Charlotte Independence.

As a coach, I’ve spent more than 10 years shaping and mentoring goalkeepers at all levels. I currently serve as the Director of Goalkeeping at Capital Futbol Club, and have also held coaching roles with Timbers U23, Corban University, and Cascade High School, where I served as both assistant and head coach. I’m also the former head coach of Northwest Goalkeeper Academy.

Through these experiences, I’ve developed a goalkeeper training philosophy centered on technical excellence, tactical awareness, and mental resilience. Whether working with youth players or elite athletes, my goal is to help every goalkeeper reach their full potential in a supportive, challenging, and professional environment.
